FAQ

The Water

What is ORO?

ORO is a precision-made mineral water, produced in still and sparkling. Where most mineral water carries whatever its surroundings leave behind, ORO is brought to a controlled baseline and then composed to a single, fixed specification, calcium, potassium and magnesium reintroduced at measured concentrations. The result is clarity you can taste and balance you can feel, identical in every bottle.

What makes ORO different from other mineral water?

Consistency by design. Natural water shifts with geology and season; no two sources, and often no two bottles, are quite the same. ORO removes that variability at the molecular level, then authors its mineral profile deliberately. Every bottle is calibrated to specification and consistent without exception. ordinary in origin, extraordinary in composition.

What is ORO's mineral character?

ORO is built around a signature balance of calcium, potassium and magnesium, the elements the body draws on to absorb, restore and perform. They give the water a clean, rounded character: present on the palate, never heavy.

Where does ORO's water come from?

ORO begins with a deep, naturally protected source, then puts it through a multi-stage purification system that strips out every inherited variable and impurity. From that controlled baseline, ORO's signature mineral profile is reintroduced under precise control. Nature provides the starting point; precision determines everything that follows.

Still & Sparkling

What is the difference between ORO Still and ORO Sparkling?

Both share the same purified mineral base and the same signature specification. ORO Still is smooth and even, made to disappear behind food and conversation. ORO Sparkling carries that identical profile brought to a fine, calibrated effervescence — crisp and controlled rather than aggressive.

Which should I serve with food?

Either, by intent. ORO Still suits delicate dishes and long meals where the water should stay in the background. ORO Sparkling acts as a palate cleanser between courses and stands up well to richer food. On the table, both are designed to belong at the level of fine dining.

The Bottle, Sizes & Design

What sizes does ORO come in?

ORO is offered as glass bottled water in two formats, each in still and sparkling. The 750ml is the table format, made for shared meals and on-premise service. The 330ml is the individual serve, for a single pour.

Why glass?

Glass holds the water exactly as ORO composes it — no taste transferred, nothing leached, no plastic. It also reflects how ORO is meant to be experienced: poured and seen, at the table rather than on the move. And it is endlessly recyclable, which a precision product has no excuse to ignore.

Does ORO use a paper label?

No. ORO bottles carry no separate stick-on label — the branding is printed directly onto the bottle, finished with an aluminium screw cap. It is a cleaner object, and one less material to separate when the bottle is recycled.

Sustainability & Recycling

Are ORO bottles recyclable?

Yes, fully. The bottle is 100% recyclable glass and the cap is aluminium, both endlessly recyclable without loss of quality. There is zero plastic in the pack.

What is ORO's approach to sustainability?

Circular by design, a system built to give back what it takes. ORO chose glass over plastic, removed the paper label, and uses materials that can return to use again and again rather than to landfill. Precision applies to the footprint as much as to the water.

Buying & Stockists

Where can I buy ORO?

ORO is launching through selected restaurants, hotels and premium stockists. If you would like to know where to find ORO, or to bring it to a venue you run, contact us through the form on this site and we will point you to the nearest stockist or open a trade conversation.

How should I store ORO?

Keep ORO somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, and serve chilled. Sealed glass protects the water indefinitely under normal conditions; a best-before date is printed on each bottle as a freshness reference. Once opened, reseal the cap and drink within a day or two — sparkling is best enjoyed soon after opening.
