Every stage of ORO's Filtration Architecture is intentional, sequential and supervised. What follows is the complete system from the point of extraction to the moment every bottle is sealed.
Extraction
Water is drawn from a deep desert aquifer, approximately 400 meters underground, undisturbed by ambient ground-level conditions.
Transfer and Security
At the surface, pumps channel the water to a secure pumping station before onward transfer to the ORO facility, where the water flows into nine dedicated storage tanks.
Pre-treatment and Conditioning
The first act of control. Water is stabilised and conditioned before filtration begins. With the chemical balance set, composition is prepared for what follows. Nothing advances until this foundation is established.
Iron and Sediment Removal
Naturally occurring metals, sediment and suspended solids are extracted with clarity and taste protected. The composition begins to clear.
Carbon Purification
Odours, chlorine and organic compounds are eliminated. Anything capable of altering the character of the water is removed before membrane purification begins. Cleaner and closer to the baseline ORO is building towards.
Cartridge Filtration
Fine membrane filtration removes microscopic suspended particles to a 5-micron threshold, ensuring complete clarity before the water enters reverse osmosis.
Double-Stage Reverse Osmosis
The compositional reset. Water passes through two sequential reverse osmosis membranes, removing dissolved solids, salts and trace impurities at the molecular level. Every inherited variable is eliminated. What remains is a neutral, controlled baseline, the point where ORO's mineral profile begins.
Active Redosing, Mineral Rebalancing, and Taste Calibration
ORO's most precise stage. Calcium, potassium and magnesium are reintroduced at exact concentrations with each element measured and ratios calibrated to ORO's signature mineral specification. TDS control governs the process to calibrate the exact mineral balance before the water is reoxygenated and brought to its final composition.
UV Sterilisation
Ultraviolet light delivers final microbial protection to eliminate every variable before the water enters storage prior to the bottling system. Absolute purity is confirmed at the point of completion.
Final Storage and Bottling
Purified water enters a closed sanitary loop, held in continuous circulation within medical-grade stainless steel tanks until the moment it is sealed. Freshness and integrity is maintained from the final stage of purification to the bottle.
